Childlink is such a caring warming environment. Having to choose a nursery as first time parents can be really scary, however, as soon as we walked in we knew Childlink was for us. All of the staff are amazing & all have such a bond not only with our son but you can see with all the children. Our son absolutely loves going there and has come on leaps and bounds since he started. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local nursery.

All 3 of my daughters have been to Childlink and they have all been so happy there. Shelly and team create a wonderfully fun and nurturing environment, and they truly prioritise the children’s wellbeing and happiness. There has been minimal turnover of staff over the many years we’ve been with Childlink, which is really reassuring. It honestly feels like I’m dropping the kids off with their extended family rather than at a nursery! I feel so lucky to have found Childlink and I recommend it to all my friends.

Childlink have been fantastic at every stage of our child’s development. From the initial meeting it was clear how much they care about all the children, and recognise them as individuals. Our daughter loved her induction sessions with us there and that really helped her settle, and us relax as parents. Throughout her time in the baby room, all of the staff have been fantastic, so friendly and caring and keen to offer advice when asked. We are kept up to date with our daughters day to day experience and how she is getting on with her EYGs. She has loved baby room and can’t wait to see how she does in the big room!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Childlink- our son joined at age 2 when we moved to the area having previously attended another nursery in Ealing. On first meeting Shelly we knew Childlink was the right fit for M. Her ethos of it being a ‘home from home’ was lovely to hear and the team really love and nurture the children. They set up great activities for them which my son always loves and always work with us as parents to help the kids grow- for example our son is having some issues sleeping through the night since we had a new baby and his key worker suggested setting up a sticker chart at nursery as well as home to encourage and support him. We also get timely updates on these activities throughout the day which is great to see. We had absolutely no hesitation registering our new baby to join the team in November when I have to return to work- I know he will thrive at Childlink.

J moved rooms September time last year and has come on developmentally so much. I was very nervous about J starting to be toilet trained but with all the support he has picked that up and was completely dry a lot quicker than planned. He loves all the ladies you have working at Childlink and it feels like home from home for all of us. I can go to work knowing J will be in the best hands and can be himself. Thank you so much to you and your team.

E absolutely loves coming in to Childlink and has a real connection with all the staff and her confidence has grown immensely since she started.
The staff are so welcoming, friendly and approachable. It’s clear E is having so much fun when she attends and is always excited to go in. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since she started. I can’t thank the girls enough for how much love and support they provide to the children.

I can not speak more highly for the staff at Childlink, they are all so caring of all the childen and cater for all their different needs and requirements. It is like a home away from a home. Every staff member is always smiling, friendly and kind and both of my children love them and go running in everyday, which as a parent is exactly what you want.

The staff have always accommodated any particular requirements/routine changes that we have requested and worked collaboratively to ensure both of my childrens needs have been met.

From a learning and developmental perspective, my daughter has learnt so much, from being at Childlink. She is counting confidently and recognising letters and keen to learn more. The trips to the library and forest club are fun additions. My son has now joined Childink and is also throughly enjoying it. It was the best decision for us to send our children to Childlink and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.

I am delighted to share my experience of Childlink, where both of my sons have attended once they turn 1 year old and have been using Childlink’s services since January 2019. This nursery has consistently exceeded my expectations in various aspects, making it a remarkable place for early childhood education and care.

From the moment I first visited Childlink, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff at the Nursery are always smiling and eager to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts both parents and children at ease. On those rare mornings that my son may have shown some hesitation to walk into nursery they always adapt to what he needs and encourage them through the door in a way that will specifically work for them.

The homely set up with the thoughtfully designed play areas, makes the nursery feel like a second home. At every pick up my child is so happy and content to be at nursery that he sometimes has reluctance to leave, which is a testament to the inviting environment the staff have created.

Throughout the duration of both of my sons’ time at nursery, Childlink has supported them with reaching all of their key milestones, specifically to my child’s pace. I would actively seek their advice for example when is appropriate to begin potty training and by doing so this resulted in them becoming successfully dry within a week or 2. They really do take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and preferences, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment. My child has flourished under their care, showing significant progress in social skills, language development and physical ability.

As a parent, I am confident that my child is being cared for in the best possible way, and I highly recommend Childlink to any parent looking for a nurturing and secure environment for their child.

Childlink Learning Centre is a fantastic nursery! The care and development for my child currently attending and child who formerly attended has been and is brilliant. I feel confident the children are being well looked after. Shelly and the team are wonderful and Sophie has been instrumental to our family! The team do so many different activities with the children from forest club to library visits, theme parties and so much more! My children have always been happy attending nursery! while I’m at it, I also wanted to say a huge thank you for helping M to settle in so well. You have been so caring with your approach, focusing her progress on her as an individual baby (rather than through the ‘cookie cutter’ like some other nurseries might). She is now thriving with you, reflected in how she now leans out to give you all cuddles when we drop her off and is happy not to come for immediate cuddles with us when we come to pick her up. You’ve made us feel so supported throughout her introduction to nursery life and, as the bear says, we really feel like you guys are part of our extended family.

M too is loving life at nursery! She is always buzzing about what she’s been up to and, as you know, it’s hard to peel her away from her friends, the adults and your wonderful selection of toys at the end of the day. She’s also learning some lovely songs and loves to sing them to us when she gets home each night. Plus, it’s been so lovely how you’ve let her help so closely with M settling too, so they know they have each other.

So, thank you for all that you do, we honestly couldn’t wish for our precious girls to be looked after by a better team! You are all superstars!

All 3 of my daughters have been at Childlink and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The workforce is really stable, minimal turnover and a lovely mix of older and younger staff. The team genuinely seem to love and care for my girls, they are so kind, patient and fun! They do lots of great activities eg forest school, Xmas/summer events, and the kids really enjoy going, never any tears. My girls have always slept and eaten well there. Shelly the manager is wonderful – she clearly loves all the kids and cares deeply about their well being. She cries when each pre-school year graduates, showing her deep affection for the kids! She is a very visible presence and always acts quickly if there’s any issues. I’ve recommended this nursery to many friends who are also super happy with it – we feel so lucky that our kids go here!

My little girl first joined Childlink in the baby room at the age of 1. They introduced her into the nursery by a method of settling in days. They do short hours over a longer period of time. She settled in beautifully. For me this is a much-preferred method, especially after talking with other parents whose children went to different nursery’s & perhaps didn’t settle quite as quickly.
Their caring, nurturing & stimulating environment is everything you want from a Nursery.
After a break away during covid, my little girl returned. Again there was so much care taken into bringing her back into the Childlink family, especially after the covid time where it was quite unsettling and took her a little bit longer to get used to her two days there.
The staff at Childlink who are led by Shelly are fantastic. A lovely mix of ages & personalities, some are longer serving members of staff (which I always think is a good sign) they all have a real sense of unity and seem to bond with the children so well. In my opinion Shelly picks her staff extremely well.
My daughter was completely prepared for reception when leaving Childlink. She did leave for school with about 4 of her little Childlink friends and they are still very close at school, but also have welcomed in others to their close little group within the new class.
The preschool at Childlink I feel had also prepared her in the best possible way for starting her journey at school. It was done in such a way that she was very prepared for school work but without missing out on valuable playtime and social skills.
I am so happy with my well rounded child and Childlink has had a big part in this! She is a happy, bright, inquisitive, active, resilient and thoughtful little girl. What more could I ask for?
The Childlink parents are close as well and the mums & dad’s still get together for a night out! My little girl has also been returning to Childlink in the school holidays for a couple of days when I’m at work and always looks forward to going back.
I would recommend Childlink in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping give my little girl the best start in life.

Both my sons have had an incredible experience at Childlink right from the start. Their ethos is all about connection and stability and this has been demonstrated in the way they have provided such a loving, caring and happy environment for my children. Staff continuity has been great, Shelly is always accessible and available to talk, and I have always just had a great gut feeling about the nursery. My children have been so happy there. We were sad in many ways to have to move on to big school!

I am so impressed with the level of care my child receives at Childlink. All the staff are brilliant, so welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic.

My son has built strong bonds with all the adults and children here.

He will be staying on to attend the pre-school as Shelly is very attentive to his needs and has really brought him on in leaps and bounds in his development and learning.

Harry always arrives at nursery with a smile on his face and when I pick him up his smile is still there!

I would happily recommend Childlink to anybody… thank you for all that you do!

Our 3 year old twins have been attending Childlink since they were 20 months. They settled in quickly and love coming here so much. It’s a very safe, caring and nurturing ‘home from home’ environment. The girls especially enjoy Pony Riding, which is a lovely extra activity for the children. I feel both are very well supported here and their development has been amazing from day 1. I would recommend this nursery in a heartbeat

Childlink is a wonderful nursery/preschool which offers children an abundance of activity and opportunity. It provides our son and daughter with a rich and stimulating environment in which to grow and develop. The staff are supportive not only of your children but also yourselves as parents.
